A short History of Chandauli Judgeship-
District Chandauli (Uttar Pradesh) has a history, rooted in the British colonial period, when the British East India Company established its judicial system in the region. Post-independence, the Munsif court under the District Varanasi continued to function as an integral part of the Indian judicial system. The District and Session Court Chandauli was established on 10.07.1999. It serves as the primary forum for civil and criminal matters in Chandauli District and plays a crucial role in upholding justice and legal proceedings in the region. Over the years, the court has evolved to meet the changing needs of the district's residents, ensuring access to justice for all.
Facilities Available-
Since there is no own Court building of District Judiciary, the Courts are functioning temporarely at Tahsil Campus as well as at BSA Office Campus of Chandauli H.Q.
The following facilities have been temporarely made available-

3- Record room.
